Partnerships & opportunities

The right relationship can change the next chapter.

Tesle Growth Partners Africa works with businesses, organisations and prospective partners to explore collaboration, market opportunities and investment-readiness support. We approach every conversation with a focus on fit, mutual value and a credible next step.

Who this is for

  • Businesses exploring strategic collaboration
  • Organisations considering market expansion
  • Businesses preparing for investor conversations
  • Prospective partners seeking a considered introduction

Introductions are not guaranteed. TEGPA does not provide regulated investment advice or solicit investment.

Where we can work together

Opportunity is easier to assess when the purpose is clear.

The right starting point depends on the stage of the business and the outcome you are trying to create.

01

Strategic alliances

Explore long-term collaboration with organisations that bring complementary capabilities, reach or credibility.

02

Commercial collaboration

Shape a joint proposition, distribution relationship or commercial arrangement around a clear mutual value case.

03

Market expansion

Assess new markets and identify the relationships, capabilities and local understanding needed to enter credibly.

04

Investment readiness

Strengthen the business story, evidence base and information needed for more productive investor conversations.

05

Opportunity introductions

Where there is a credible fit, facilitate introductions to relevant businesses, advisers or prospective partners.

06

Corporate networking

Build a deliberate approach to engaging the organisations and decision-makers that matter to your growth.

How a conversation begins

A partnership is a process, not a promise.

We take time to understand the opportunity before discussing introductions. Good relationships are built on relevance, honesty and a realistic view of what each side can contribute.

01

Enquiry

Tell us about the opportunity, the business and what you hope to achieve through a relationship.

02

Exploration

We discuss context, fit, readiness and what a credible next step might look like.

03

Fit assessment

We consider whether TEGPA can add useful value and whether the timing and information are right.

04

Structured next steps

If there is a fit, we agree a clear scope, responsibilities and route forward before any introduction.

Investment-related support

Preparation and introductions — not a promise of capital.

For businesses considering an investment conversation, we focus on readiness: a coherent story, a sound evidence base, clear use of funds and the information a serious counterparty is likely to examine.

Where there is a credible fit, we may facilitate an introduction. Any introduction is preliminary. It does not constitute an offer, a recommendation or a commitment by either party.

  • Investment-readiness review
  • Investor narrative and materials support
  • Targeting criteria and preparation for conversations
  • Introduction facilitation where a credible mutual fit exists

Common questions

Clarity before the first conversation.

If your question is not covered here, include it in your enquiry and we will respond directly.

What kinds of partnerships does TEGPA explore?

The focus is on relationships with a clear commercial or strategic purpose: strategic alliances, commercial collaboration, market expansion, distribution relationships and other forms of business partnership. Each conversation starts with the problem the relationship is meant to solve.

Does TEGPA guarantee introductions or partnership agreements?

No. We can help identify relevant organisations, prepare the approach and facilitate an introduction where there is a credible mutual fit. We do not guarantee that an introduction will lead to a meeting, an agreement or any commercial outcome.

Does TEGPA provide investment advice or manage funds?

No. TEGPA provides investment-readiness support and may facilitate introductions. We do not present ourselves as an investment fund or investment manager, do not provide regulated investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and do not guarantee funding or investor access.

Can TEGPA help a business prepare for investor conversations?

We can help a business examine its narrative, evidence, materials and readiness gaps, and identify the questions a serious counterparty may ask. Any investment decision, valuation, due diligence and transaction remains a matter for the business and its appropriately qualified advisers.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

We review the information and consider whether there is a plausible fit. If there is, we will contact you to arrange a focused conversation. If we are not the right fit, we will aim to be clear about that rather than prolong the process.
